Let’s try not to overpack this time

Headed for the airport in 4 hours to spend the next 5 days in San Diego :) 

It’ll be a nice little break from the monotony of my life in San Francisco. However, I actually like the routine that has developed within the last month or so. I guess it also helps that the negativity that once surrounded my time post-grad has somewhat dissipated as I now see the wheels turning with my transition into finally getting my five year plan together. The MFA applications will not be happening this year and quite possibly not even next year. I want to continue developing my skills with workshops and classes in order to truly be confident in my writing before sending out any applications. For now, I just need a job to pay rent.
